Vehicle Stability Control

Take the wheel of a Camry, and you‘ll be taking control of the street. Its Vehicle Stability Control * regulates the engine output and braking power, preventing the car from skidding.

ABS (Anti-Lock Braking System) ensures stable braking performance even on slippery surfaces by preventing wheel lock up and retaining steering control. EBD (Electronic Brake force Distribution) distributes appropriate braking power on all the four wheels depending on the driving conditions, which ensures stable braking performance.

Maximizes the braking power at the time of emergency. When the brake pedal is stepped with sudden force (panic braking), Brake Assist generates a stronger braking force to assist the operation of the driver. However, once the driver eases up on the brake pedal, the system reduces the amount of assistance applied.
